In 1969, Ronald P. Koska founded Institutional Sales Associates in Houston, Texas. Today, Ron presides as CEO of one of the largest foodservice sales agencies in the Southwestern United States, and as President of the ISA Houston office. After three decades, ISA is now a multi-million dollar corporation, consisting of over eighty-five employees at four operating companies located in two states. Each location is directed by its own president. ISA Houston's market consists of an area of approximately 120 miles surrounding the city, populated by 3.5 million people. Current ISA Houston sales are in excess of $100 million. Over 40 employees operate from three buildings covering over 17,500 square feet. Through the expertise of our personnel and the sophistication of our systems, ISA Houston provides valuable service and support to our principals and customers. In April of 1979, Ron Koska and John Sewall founded ISA Austin. John Sewall retired in November, 1993, and Sue McArdle was then promoted to President and became a stockholder. ISA Austin services the South Central Texas area, including the Rio Grande Valley. Thanks to the dedication of over 25 employees and the continuing support of our vendor and customer partners, ISA Austin's current annual sales exceed $70 million. ISA Albuquerque was established in 1996 as a result of the acquisition of Dubco of New Mexico, a successful foodservice sales agency since 1976. The Albuquerque market consists of the state of New Mexico and the city of El Paso, Texas. 1.8 million people populate the area. Current ISA Albuquerque sales are in excess of $30 million. The company's 12 employees operate from a 5,500 square foot facility. Through the expertise of our personnel and the sophistication of our systems, ISA Albuquerque provides valuable service and support to our principals and customers. ISA Lubbock was established in 1997 as a result of the acquisition of Craghead Sales, a successful foodservice sales agency since 1979. The West Texas market, large geographically with a relatively low population density, consists of an area in a 375-mile radius of Lubbock, populated by 1.2 million people. Current ISA Lubbock sales are in excess of $55 million. The company's 15 employees operate from a two 4,000 square foot facilities. Through the expertise of our personnel and the sophistication of our systems, ISA Lubbock provides valuable service and support to our principals and customers. In 2002 ISA acquired Dubco Food Agency, a 30-year, well-established dynamic company. This merged many strengths and synergies utilizing long-term experience and relationships in all segments.
