FSG Strengthens Senior Management Team To Deliver One Belt One Road Strategy

(Hong Kong, 23 February 2017) Frontier Services Group Limited (“FSG” or the “Company”) (SEHK: 00500), a leading logistics, security and insurance services company, today announces a series of important executive appointments significantly strengthening the company’s senior management team.

David Whittingham has been appointed as the Group Vice President and Head of Africa, with responsibilities for FSG’s business in Africa and Malta. Mr. Whittingham will also continue in his role as Head of Business Development, helping to drive forward FSG’s global strategy, build the company’s business and clients from Asia to Africa, and manage Investor Relations.
Kathy Li joins FSG as the new Global Head of Human Resources where she will be responsible human resources systems and best practices across all of the firm’s offices, subsidiaries and operations from China to Africa. Ms. Li will also look at recruiting and retaining talent to serve clients particular along One Belt, One Road projects. 

Jason Liu is appointed Head of Logistics, overseeing the firm’s sea, air and ground transportation solutions across the entire One Belt One Road region. Based in the firm’s global logistics center in Shanghai, he brings with him over 19 years’ experience in the international logistics industry and will look to create tailored logistics solutions for the company’s clients.


 John Shi joins as FSG’s Head of Southwest Asia, overseeing business and operations in Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia and Laos where he will be able to offer Chinese and international clients world class, tailored service solutions for their businesses.

Bin Su becomes the new Head of Insurance. The division provides clients with innovative insurance products and services covering the unique risks associated with frontier markets. Su brings over sixteen years of insurance experience with him having previous worked at JLT Lixin, Generali China Insurance and Jiangtai Insurance Broker Company.
Omri Cohen is appointed as FSG’s as Managing Director for East Africa. He will lead all FSG’s businesses and operations in East Africa including oil and gas, mining and infrastructure projects, as well as projects with the national governments and the United Nations.
