Successful Completion of Induction Training for First Batch of FSG Security Specialists in 2021

     On 8th April 2021, the instructor team of the Security Department of Frontier Services Group successfully completed the one-month induction training for the first batch of security specialists in 2021. On the basis of previous experiences, this training comprehensively optimized the curriculum system, training arrangements, evaluation methods and elimination mechanism, further enriched and improved the 7 modules of the training including comprehensive business and professional skills. Extensive scenario simulation exercises gave trainees full exposure to integrated tasks such as information reporting, risk assessment, program designing, mission planning, command coordination, cost accounting, and business contacting, etc., with emphasis on special driving and technical defense skills. The Security Department also organized a team of international instructors to carry out remote teaching; the new teaching models proved to be quite effective.

       In order to strengthen the training management and improve the quality of recruitment, a comprehensive evaluation method was adopted in this training combining qualitative and quantitative assessments. The entire process is assessed and over 30% unqualified trainees were eliminated during the training period through various assessments and evaluations, which ensure the comprehensive quality of the security specialists selected and to be dispatched.
